Our call logging system has been specifically designed to enable calls to be quickly logged and then their progress tracked both internally and externally by you.
Calls can be logged online or via the SolPrint Help Desk telephone number.
All calls are given a unique Call Reference number and progress is tracked against this.
Should a call be indentified as requiring development this is transferred to the workflow management system and the relevant workflow process assigned.
The help desk console is automatically refreshed with colour coding highlighting calls based on their priority and lapsed time.
