IT Support Services
At i-teba we are able to develop and support a wide-range of systems and applications, regardless of whether we originally undertook the project developement or not.
Our services in this area include:
- Support and maintenance of your system and software
- Consultancy advice and practical assistance in operating your systems
- Complete or partial responsibility for the operation of your systems

Help Desk
All our clients (and only our clients) are entitled to use our web-based Help Desk system. The system was developed and is used by i-teba and DesconIT24 to record, track and manage all requests for support and maintenance, as well as development work in progress.
Under our support contracts, regular maintenance work is carried out as agreed, with additional unscheduled work (e.g. faults, enhancements, upgrades etc.) are logged as a "call" on the Help Desk system.
The Help Desk enables clients and staff working on site to:
- Log a support call directly onto our system
- View the progress of that call online
- View a summary of the work completed during a given period
- Review any outstanding tasks.
