We are able to offer one-off project, or long-term on-going consultancy contracts, to suit your requirements. Currently we are helping the charities, EveryChild and NCH, with ad hoc independent consultancy for some development work being undertaken by their in-house team and third-party suppliers.

We are also very experienced in e-government consultancy, including BVPI 157 readiness. We have undertaken extensive consultancy work for the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority, South Yorkshire Fire Brigade, and a number of London Borough councils.

In particular we offer our S³ Planning for E-Success, in which we carry out an analysis and design study before you launch into a development project, which can often minimise the risk and allow for better cost estimates to be gathered.

Our S³ Planning for E-Success Service

We carry out a short audit of your e-business strategy and systems. We will also look at all your legacy systems and your overall IT strategy, as well as e-business.

We tailor the audit to your specific circumstances but we would look at all the relevant business and technology issues.

We will analyse the information we gather in the context of your business plan, our knowledge of e-business processes and the technology available.
We will carry out a “gap analysis” which will specify what is required to ensure that you make the most of the e-business opportunities. We will provide guidelines on the scope and scale of the work required, including an outline project plan.
We will identify any risk factors that require urgent attention.
We will deliver an E-Business Audit Report which will document our work and our recommendations.

You will have practical, costed, e-business recommendations, which, if put into effect, will lead to higher efficiency, lower cost or higher sales.
