With more and more recruitment companies looking for new and innovative business solutions to attract and retain clients. Long-established South African recruitment, training and consultancy specialists, Dunleath, have bought i-teba’s Talking software as an exciting solution to make ’Recruitment Easy’ for their clients and candidates.
Dunleath will use all four Talking software applications – TalkingCV, TalkingJob, TalkingInduction and TalkingHelp – to supplement their existing business services. Dunleath Executive Manager, Celeste Mulholland, was immediately inspired by the revolutionary new Talking platform, in particular TalkingCV:

Dunleath have also agreed to act as i-teba’s reseller in South Africa and together they have formed the ‘i-teba in africa’ partnership. The partnership will focus on selling TalkingCV to the African Human Resources, Staffing and Recruitment industry, whilst i-teba in the UK expands its European and UK operations.
Initial interest from South African recruitment companies has been high and already Falcon Labour Solutions, a ‘young’ vibrant multi-skilled and progressive Black empowered Recruitment and Labour Broking company, have decided to start using TalkingCV as an innovative solution for their customers. Falcon Labour Solutions believe that TalkingCV will help their clients to have ‘more time and budget at the end of each month.’
TalkingCV combines video and audio interviews with a candidate’s text CV, (plus any supporting documents you choose to add) into a single multimedia presentation which is accessible over a secured internet connection. Whilst watching and hearing a candidate answer your questions in short mini-clips, you can simultaneously read the CV.
TalkingCV can help to filter candidate CVs more efficiently and can also act as a first round virtual screening interview process. This allows employers and recruiter to assess candidate communication skills without the time and cost that is traditionally involved.
