i-teba are please to announce the release of the TalkingCV Remote Recording module, which has been developed in time for the Recruitment International’s Technology in Recruitment Forum in May.
TalkingCV is a unique three-dimensional (video, audio and text) software tool that is designed to speed up the filtering and selection of potential candidates. It can be used as a unique selling tool for recruitment agencies or as an enhancement to current corporate recruitment practices.
TalkingCV can also be used as a virtual first-round interview for organisations conducting large recruitment campaigns or looking to recruitment a candidate from abroad. The structured question and answer formula used means that recruiters are able to get an insight into a candidate’s communication and soft skills, as well as their professional and academic qualities.

No longer does the candidate need specialist software on their PC to record their three-dimensional profile, as a candidate can now record a TalkingCV from a PC with web cam from anywhere in the world.
